Enforcement Procedure
If we do not respond to your request within the time frame specified in § 8 sentence 1 L-BGG-DVO, you may contact the State Government Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The commissioner handles complaints as part of the ombudsman function described in § 14(2) sentence 2 L-BGG and § 15(3) sentence 2 L-BGG.
